2016年任職實踐大學工業產品設計學系專任助理教授級專業技術人員，擁有27年產品設計開發與20年設計教學經驗，專注於資訊產品設計、工業電腦設計、手持裝置設計、濾水產品與生活用品開發等，專長在產品開發設計、設計策略、設計美學、設計溝通與專案管理等領域。實務設計專案屢次成功協助企業獲取優異開發成果並多次 獲得iF、Red dot、IDEA、Good Design等國際設計獎項，設計教育的積極投入，亦引領學生設計創作作品取得多項國內外比賽佳績，並於2019年獲頒實踐大學特優教學獎。

Quen Ho has been served as an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial Design of Shih-Chien University since 2016. He has 20 years of product design and development, and 12 years of design teaching experience. Meanwhile, He focuses on IT product design, rugged computer design, handheld device design, water filtration products, and daily necessities development, etc., specializing in product development and design, design strategy, design aesthetics, design communication, project management, and so on.
Quen Ho’s practical design projects have many successful experiences of assisting companies to obtain excellent development results and have won many international design awards. In addition, He has been devoting himself to design education actively, leading students to design and create works to achieve good results in many domestic and foreign competitions. He was awarded the Excellent Teaching Award of Shih Chien University.
