可以透過使用者研究、情境分析、共創工作坊、原型設計和測試等,以確保最終的服務方案能夠有效地滿足使用者的需求,並提供優秀的體驗。

Service Design Thinking

Service design is a user-centered design approach aimed at creating and providing services that are high-quality, valuable, and meet user needs. It involves designing and improving the service product lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation stages.

Through methods such as user research, scenario analysis, co-creation workshops, prototype design, and testing, service design ensures that the final service solution effectively meets user needs and provides an excellent experience.

在這次工作坊中,以小組為單位共同研究一個熟悉的台灣品牌或國際品牌。利用工作營前期獲得的經驗與知識作為工具,以開放的思維出發,透過觀察、探尋和研究,為他們的客戶開發一項新的創新服務。

In this workshop, teams will collaborate to study a familiar Taiwanese or international brand. Utilizing the experiences and knowledge gained in the workshop, teams will employ an open-minded approach, engaging in observation, exploration, and research to develop a new innovative service for their clients.

Design Sojourn創始人兼設計總監

Brian Ling 是一位屢獲殊榮的設計總監,也是Design Sojourn(DS)的創始人。

DS以設計思維為動力,提供創新的思維。25年以上的咨詢生涯中涵蓋了多個領域,包括消費電子、醫療保健、非營利機構、酒店業、餐飲業、零售業和線上服務體驗。曾憑藉出色的表現四次獲得紅點產品設計獎、三次IF獎、兩次CES獎項和一次優秀設計獎。在2022年11月獲得了新加坡最高技能殊榮-SkillsFuture Fellowship,表彰個人作為技能大師和未來人才的導師。

Brian Ling is an award-winning design director and the founder of Design Sojourn (DS).

DS is powered by design thinking, providing meaningful innovation. With over 25 years of consulting experience, Brian has worked across multiple domains, including consumer electronics, healthcare, non-profit organizations, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, and online service experiences. He has been recognized for his outstanding performance with four Red Dot Product Design Awards, three IF Awards, two CES Innovation Award Honorees, and a Good Design Award. In November 2022, he was awarded the SkillsFuture Fellowship, Singapore's highest skills award, recognizing individuals as masters of skills and mentors of future talent.

5. 一個短影片角色扮演(<5分鐘)以提供服務 | A short video role-play (<5 minutes) to sell the service
