2021初秋，實踐工設的四位優秀碩士班和大學部的同學與日本"graf" (decorative mode no.3 design products. inc.) 共同為日本京都 - 伏見酒造組合、京阪ホールディングス株式会社設計新酒器。透過與8間伏見在地的老酒廠合作，與4位敏銳感知的年輕設計師重新定義清酒的樣貌，希望能在這個未被啟發的年輕市場帶來一絲人文思考的想像激發以及展現台灣玻璃、錫料及編織工藝與日本造酒工藝的手著溫度。
此次設計合作案的成果也在台灣與日本平行同步展出，以五款不同的清酒杯設計、五種不同面向的切入京都伏見的清酒，試著用自己的語言去詮釋伏見清酒的特色，思考這樣醇厚的清酒還能被飲用無限可能。
In the early autumn of 2021, four students from the Department of Industrial Design of Shih Chien University and "graf" (decorative mode no.3 design products. inc.) from Japan worked together to design new sake vessels for Kyoto-Fushimi Sake Brewery Group and Keihan Holdings Co. Through collaboration with eight local Fushimi breweries and four young designers, we redefined the appearance of sake, hoping to bring a touch of humanistic thinking to this uninspired young market and show the exquisite craftsmanship of Taiwan's glass, tin, and weaving craftsmanship and Japanese sake making. The results of this design collaboration were exhibited in Taiwan and Japan, with five different sake cup designs and five different aspects of Kyoto's Fushimi sake, trying to interpret the characteristics of Fushimi sake in their language and thinking about the infinite possibilities of drinking such a mellow sake.
