各種因素必須流落於他國邊境的女性難民，在現有的露天公廁或偏僻處如廁會使身體外曝進而有遭遇性暴力的可能。為了讓她們安心的如廁，因此透過將廁所的遮蔽物、便桶，以防水布料、軟材重製成不受天氣影響的如廁斗篷與可妥善回收排泄物的便袋之背包，讓深受困境的女性擁有能自主選擇使她們安心的地點進行便溺。

Female refugees at the borders of other countries may encounter sexual violence when using open-air public toilets. Made with waterproof fabrics and soft materials, the weather-resistant toilet cloak and the bag enable the women to use toilet safely , choosing comfortable places to carry out their feces.
