Combining the resting station on the sea with the buoy’s function to prevent drowning from exhaustion. It is a temporary rest station at the turning point to provide long-distance swimmers a place to rest and to recover from physical exertion before turning back to the shore. In addition, through the warning light and speaker, it can inform visitors the current situation of the sea.
