Rattan, Black Pipe

Rattan is an excellent material. It not only has outstanding elasticity but also grows much faster than trees. At the same time, black pipe is both firm and easy to process.
“tendon” attempt to reinterpreted rattan weaving method in a modern way. Combining the merit of rattan and iron, I made the structure by tough black pipes while the surface by elastic rattan weaves. Framing a series of furniture that represents both strength and tenderness.
